华蟾素片对晚期肺癌患者凝血状态及生活质量的干预效果

摘要目的分析探讨华蟾素片对晚期肺癌患者凝血状态及生活质量的干预效果。方法选取2018年10月～2019年10月抚顺市中心医院肿瘤内科收治的122 例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各61 例。对照组接受化疗治疗，研究组接受华蟾素联合化疗治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗3 个周期后的凝血状态、生活质量评定量表（SF-36）评分、疼痛数字评分法（NRS）评分以及治疗疗效。结果治疗前，两组患者的血小板（PLT）、D-二聚体、SF-36 评分、血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）以及NRS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，研究组的PLT、D-二聚体、FIB 均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组的客观缓解率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组的SF-36 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后的NRS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对晚期肺癌患者采取华蟾素片治疗，可以有效改善患者的凝血状态，减轻患者的疼痛程度，提升临床治疗效果和生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Cinobufotalin Tablets on the coagulation status and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 122 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted to the Department of Oncology of Fushun Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,61 cases in each group.In the control group,chemotherapy treatment was used,while in the study group,patients received Cinobufotalin Tablets combined with chemotherapy.The coagulation status,quality of life rating scale(SF-36) score,pain numerical rating scale (NRS) score,and therapeutic efficacy before treatment and after 3 cycles of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in platelet (PLT),D-dimer,SF-36 score,plasma fibrinogen (FIB) and NRS between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,PLT,D-dimer and FIB of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The NRS score of the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with advanced lung cancer adding Cinobufotalin Tablets can effectively improve the coagulation status of the patients,reduce their pain,and enhance the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
