Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR),serum CA125 and CA199 detection in adenomyosis and endometriosis. Methods A total of 52 patients with endometriosis and 50 patients with adenomyosis who admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as observation group 1 and 2,and 50 healthy women of childbearing age were selected as control group.NLR,serum CA125 and CA199 were detected in all three groups, and the levels of NLR,serum CA125 and CA199,positive rates of NLR,serum CA125,CA199 and combined detection among the three groups were compared. Results The levels of NLR,serum CA125 and CA199 in observation group 1 and 2 were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of serum CA125 in observation group 2 was higher than that in observation group 1,the level of CA199 was lower than that in observation group 1,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in levels of NLR,serum CA125 and CA199 in different stages in the observation group 1 (P<0.05).The positive rates of NLR,serum CA125,CA199 and combined detection in observation group 1 and 2 were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection in observation group 1 and 2 were higher than those in the single index detection, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rate of serum CA199 detection in observation group 1 was higher than that in observation group 2,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of NLR,serum CA125 and CA199 in the detection of endometriosis and adenomyosis has significant application value,it can identify the pathological stages of endometriosis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
