Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinicopathology of endometrial cancer with uterine fibroids or adenomyosis. Methods A total of 60 cases of endometrial cancer with uterine fibroids or adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the patient′s condition, they were divided into the observation group (patients with endometrial cancer with uterine fibroids), the control group (patients with endometrial cancer with adenomyosis) and the experimental group (patients with endometrial cancer), 20 cases in each group.Pathological type, pathological grade, lymph node metastasis, muscle infiltration and ascites cytology were compared among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in pathological grade and myometrial infiltration between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).The pathological grade of the observation group was better than that of the experimental group, while the myometrial infiltration of the observation group was shallower than that of the experimental group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lymph node metastasis, pathological type and ascites cytology among the observation group, the control group and the experimental group (P>0.05).Conclusion All patients with endometrial cancer and uterine fibroids are estrogen-dependent tumors with good tissue differentiation, superficial myometrial infiltration and no serious risk factors.
