Orem自护理论联合循证护理在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨Orem 自护理论联合循证护理在慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的应用及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2020 年6 月至2021 年6 月南昌大学第一附属医院收治的90 例CHF 患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组（45 例）与研究组（45 例）。对照组采用常规护理干预方法，研究组采用Orem 自护理论联合循证护理干预方法。比较两组的生活质量、自理能力及护理满意度。结果干预后研究组的生活质量及自理能力评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 Orem 自护理论联合循证护理应用CHF 患者效果显著，不仅可有效改善患者的自理能力，促进其康复，还有利于提高生活质量，进而显著提升其护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of Orem self-care theory combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and its effect on the quality of life of patients. Methods From June 2020 to June 2021, 90 cases of CHF patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the study group (45 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was used conventional nursing intervention method, the study group was used Orem self-care theory combined evidence-based nursing intervention method. The quality of life, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of quality of life and self-care ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After intervention, the nursing total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of Orem self-care theory combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with CHF has a significant effect. It can not only effectively improve patients′self-care ability, promote their rehabilitation, but also help to further improve the quality of life, and significantly improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
