多学科协作诊疗模式在胎盘前置并胎盘植入患者诊疗中的应用效果

摘要目的探究多学科协作诊疗模式在前置胎盘并胎盘植入诊疗中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2021年2月广东省揭阳市人民医院收治的60例前置胎盘并胎盘植入患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）及观察组（30例），对照组采用常规诊疗，观察组采用多学科协作诊疗模式，两组均干预2周。比较两组产后的出血率、出血量、输血率、子宫切除情况及新生儿预后情况。结果观察组产后的出血率、出血超量率、输血率、子宫切除率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组新生儿出生5 min后的Apgar评分高于对照组，新生儿窒息率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对前置胎盘并胎盘植入诊疗过程中，使用多学科协助诊疗模式可有效改善不良妊娠结局，减少新生儿窒息。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model in the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa combined with placental implantation.Methods A total of 60 patients with placenta previa combined with placental implantation who were selected from the Guangdong Jieyang People′s Hospital from January 2015 to February 2021.They were divided into the control group (30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given regular diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group was given the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model.Both groups were intervened for two weeks.The postpartum bleeding rate,bleeding volume,blood transfusion rate,hysterectomy and neonatal prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum bleeding rate,bleeding excess rate,blood transfusion rate,and hysterectomy rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The 5 min Apgar score of the newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the neonatal asphyxia rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa combined with placental implantation,the use of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model can effectively improve the adverse pregnancy outcome and reduce neonatal asphyxia.
