Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the assessment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to collect the clinical data of 141 children with bronchial pneumonia who were treated in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020.According to their severity,they were divided into the mild group (n=47),the moderate group (n=47) and the severe group (n=47).In addition,a total of 47 children who underwent physical examinations in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels of the four groups were tested and compared,and the application value of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in the assessment of children with bronchial pneumonia was analyzed.Results Among these four groups,the level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the severe group was lower than that of the moderate group,mild group and control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The linear regression test showed that the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level (X1) was closely related to the condition of bronchopneumonia in children (P＜0.05).The linear regression equation was Y=1.173+0.019X1.The score of the children′s bronchopneumonia disease assessment scale in the severe group was higher than that in the mild and moderate groups with statistical significance (t=14.315,6.470,P=0.000).Children in the moderate group had a higher score on the pediatric bronchopneumonia disease assessment scale than the mild group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=10.556,P=0.000).Conclusion The level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 has a certain correlation with the condition of bronchial pneumonia in children,and it can be used as one of the important indicators to evaluate bronchial pneumonia in children and provide important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
