Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 350 patients suspected with coronary heart disease admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Huizhou City from May to October 2019 were selected as study subjects,and all underwent CT coronary imaging and angiography.The results of coronary angiography were taken as the gold standard to analyze the clinical application value of CT coronary angiography.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT coronary angiography were 99.04%,94.44% and 98.57%.There were no significant differences in the detection rates of left main coronary artery,left anterior descending artery,left circumflex artery,right coronary artery and indications of stent or bypass grafting between CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rate of occlusion,severe stenosis,moderate stenosis,mild or normal stenosis between CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is exact and has important clinical application value.
