Abstract:Objective To explore the value of transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound in the early diagnosis of postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 42 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2017 to April 2020 were selected retrospectively as the study group, and 40 cases of maternal women without postpartum stress urinary incontinence during the same period were selected as the control group. At 42 days after delivery, all the women underwent transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound examination in resting and Valsalva state. The distance of bladder neck movement, parameters of bladder and urethra measured by ultrasound at rest and in Valsalva actions were compared between the two groups. Results The bladder neck mobility of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In resting and Valsalva state, the vertical distance from the bladder neck to the lower edge of the pubic symphysis in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, and the posterior bladder urethra and pelvic diaphragm area were larger than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early diagnosis of using transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound on postpartum stress urinary incontinence has important meaning. It can display the bladder neck movement and the vertical distance from the bladder neck to the pubic bone and the lower edge, clearly image the urethra and pelvis, and calculate the posterior angle and pelvic diaphragm hole are and provide the basis for the development and improvement of the further treatment plan.
