Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Platelet-rich Plasma Injection in the treatment of heel pain. Methods Fifty patients with heel pain treated in Shenzhen People′s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random lottery method, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with a needle knife and the observation group added Platelet-rich Plasma Injection therapy on the basis of the control group, and the patient′s treatment effect, visual analogue score (VAS) score and ankle-hind foot score were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that in the control group (76.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the VAS score of the two groups of patients before treatment, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ankle posterior foot system (AOFAS) score in two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of pain, ground walking, maximum walking distance (blocks),functions and autonomous activities, support, forward and backward activities, abnormal gait in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Platelet-rich Plasma Injection has a good effect in treating heel pain, which can effectively alleviate pain and improve the ankle-hindock function of patients, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
