Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction in preoperative diagnosis of colon cancer. Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with colon cancer confirmed by surgical pathology or biopsy were analyzed retrospectively form January 2014 and January 2020 in the Second People′s Hospital of Jiangjin District in Chongqing City, and were compared with pathological results, the value of 64-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction technique in preoperative diagnosis of colon cancer was evaluated. Results A total of 128 patients with colon cancer underwent 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction technique,it was found that 59 cases of colon masses,56 cases of colon thickening,49 cases of invasion around the colon,43 cases of lymph node metastasis,22 cases of liver metastasis,5 cases of peritoneal metastasis,6 cases of lung metastasis,1 case of ovarian metastasis and 5 cases of intestinal obstruction. The diagnostic accuracy and the misdiagnosis(missed diagnosis)rate of 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction technique were 86.62% and 13.62%,and there was no significant difference between the detection index and the surgical pathological results(P>0.05).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction technique are accurate and reliable in preoperative diagnosis of colon cancer, and have important clinical application value.
