Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided vacuum minimally invasive atherectomy in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to Liaoyang Central Hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the different surgical methods. The study group underwent ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast resection, while the control group underwent conventional open mastectomy for benign breast neoplasm. The operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, patient satisfaction and the overall incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results The duration of operation, length of hospital stay and length of incision of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss of study group was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the resection of benign breast tumors,ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast resection can shorten the length of surgery, the length of hospital stay, the length of incision, and reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the overall incidence of complications. It has significant clinical application value and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
