Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of specialist nursing quality index data management in the prevention of medical adhesive-related skin injury(MARSI).Methods The clinical data of 1138 patients treated with medical viscose in the Department of Neurology Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 555 patients admitted from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled as the control group, and 583 patients admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled as the observation group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing management method, while the observation group adopted the specialized nursing quality index data management method. The incidence of MARSI,the frequency of MARSI in different parts, the score of nurses′knowledge, belief and action of MARSI and the implementation rate of MARSI preventive measures were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of MARSI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the site of MARSI between the two groups(P>0.05).The total score of MARSI of nurses in December 2018 was higher than that in December 2017,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 2018,the implementation of various preventive measures showed an overall upward trend every quarter. Conclusion The data management of specialized nursing quality index can effectively reduce the incidence of MARSI,improve nurses′knowledge and practice of MARSI,so as to improve nursing quality.
