Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in elderly coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the routine group (49 cases) and the research group (49 cases) according to parity order.Routine nursing method was used in the routine group, while continuity nursing method was used in the research group. The nursing satisfaction, adverse mood changes and nursing effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate and the total satisfaction of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depressiion scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of SDS and SAS of the research group after nursing were lower than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can effectively improve the nursing effect and prognosis evaluation, and is conducive to promoting the relationship between nurses and patients, the application effect is ideal.
