Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and atrial fibrillation gallstone with self-care behavior and external medication compliance.Methods All of 200 cases of patients with CHF and atrial fibrillation gallstone in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2018 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the intervention group,100 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were told take medicine as prescribed when they left hospital,intervention group were given continuously nursing on the basis of control group,two groups patients self care ability and medication compliance and prognosis were compared.Results After discharge,the self-care ability score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The external medication total compliance of the intervention group was 85.00%,significantly higher than 65.00%of the control group(P<0.05),and the prognosis effect of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To patients with CHF and atrial fibrillation gallstone were given continuous medical treatment.It can satisfied the patients self-care behavior and external medication compliancec needs when they left hospital,and improve the patients′behavior and medication adherence.This is meaningful and worth promoting further in clinic.
