Abstract:Objective To explore the application of personality dynamic continuity nursing model on patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 104 patients with early DN who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52)according to their bed numbers. The control group adopted routine nursing method, the observation group adopted personality dynamic continuity nursing mode for nursing intervention. After 3 months of nursing, the self-management scores, blood pressure and blood glucose measurement results were compared between the two groups. Results The self-management score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months of nursing, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 3 months after nursing, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The personality dynamic continuity nursing mode for early DN patients nursing intervention, effectively improve the patients′ self-management ability, stabilized the blood pressure and blood sugar test results of patients, nursing effect is significant.
