微信强化模式的延续性护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病介入术后服药依从性的影响

摘要目的探讨微信强化模式的延续性护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（CHD）介入术后服药依从性的影响。方法选取2017年5月～2018年5月在我院诊断为CHD 并行经皮冠脉介入治疗（PCI）的99例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（n=50）和对照组（n=49）。对照组给予CHD介入术后常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予微信强化模式的延续性护理，比较两组PCI术后12个月的服药依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组在PCI术后12个月的服药依从性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论微信强化模式的延续性护理有助于提高CHD患者介入术后服药的依从性，并提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing of wechat enhancement model on drug compliance after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 99 CHD patients and treated with PCI in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=49) according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing of Wechat enhancement mode on the basis of the control group.The drug compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared at 12 months after PCI.Results At 12 months after PCI,the compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing of Wechat enhanced mode is helpful to improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of CHD patients after PCI.
