Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on patients with lung cancer undergoing radical operation.Methods A total of 66 cases of patients with radical resection of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given continuous nursingnursing.The degree of cancer fatigue, psychological state, like self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90) scores and patients′ quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of cancer, psychological state and quality of life in the control group and experimental group were lower than those before nursing, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The scores of cancer, psychological state and quality of life in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing method can effectively improve the degree of cancer fatigue and improve the quality of life of patients after radical resection of lung cancer.
