Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing on the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the observation group received dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing. The recovery of gastrointestinal function and quality of life score were observed. Results The exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer, dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve the quality of life of patients, and has high application value.
