Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients with(CHD)unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with(CHD)unstable angina pectoris from November 2017 to may 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=49) and observation group (n=49).The control group used the routine discharge guidance method, and the observation group used the continuous nursing guidance method. The changes of Seattle angina evaluation scale, adverse events and negative emotion score were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the score of Seattle angina evaluation scale in the observation group was higher than that before intervention and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The negative emotional score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in anxiety and depression (P<0.05).Conclusion continuous nursing has a good effect on elderly patients with CHD unstable angina pectoris. It can improve the score of Seattle angina evaluation scale, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and improve the negative emotions of patients.
