Application effect of full nursing intervention in Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate in the treatment of patients with bone metastatic cancer pain

Abstract：Objective To investigate application effect of full nursing intervention in Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate in the treatment of patients with bone metastatic cancer pain.Methods A total of 88 patients with bone metastatic cancer pain treated Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 44 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given full nursing intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain relief rate and the total degree of nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion When Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate are used in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain, the full nursing intervention can relieve the pain of patients, improve their treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and have higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
