Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the expectant treatment of placenta previa. Methods A total of 98 cases of expectant pregnant women with placenta previa treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group (49 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Pregnancy outcomes and maternal and infant status were compared between the two groups. Results The termination time of pregnancy in the observation group was(36.9±3.0)weeks,which was higher than that in the control group of([33.2±3.1]weeks),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was([406.2±40.2]ml),less than that in the control group of([465.9±50.3]ml),the difference was significant(P<0.05);the puerperal infection rate in the observation group was 2.0%,lower than that in the control group (10.2%).There was statistical significance(P<0.05);the Apgar score of observation group was(9.5±0.4)points,higher than that of control group([8.0±0.2]points),with statistical significance(P<0.05);the weight of observation group was(3.9±0.8)kg,higher than that in the control group([3.0±0.2]kg),with statistical significance(P<0.05);the abnormal rate of fetal position of observation group was 2.00%,and the rate of respiratory distress was 2.00%,both of which were lower than those of the control group (10.2%and 8.2%),had significant differences(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in perinatal mortality between the two groups(P>0.05);the overall satisfaction of the observation group was 97.9%,higher than 81.6%of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a significant effect in the clinical application of expectant placenta previa therapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
