Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of seamless nursing mode in patients with acute renal injury complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)caused by septic shock in ICU.Methods A total of 56 patients with acute renal injury complicated with ARDS who were admitted to the ICU admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,28 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given seamless nursing model. The serum C-reactive protein (CRP)level, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS score),self-rating depression scale(SDS score),the total degree of satisfaction with nursing, and nursing stress scores of nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the serum CRP level of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the total degree of satisfaction with nursing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing pressure of the nursing staff in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients in ICU with acute kidney injury complicated with ARDS caused by septic shock with seamless nursing can alleviate the disease, reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of patients, improve patients′satisfaction with nursing work, and reduce the work pressure of nursing staff. It deserves clinical promotion.
