Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on maternal and infant outcomes in patients with placenta previa.Methods A total of 200 cases of placenta previa pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,100 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing intervention,and the observation group received humanistic nursing intervention.Two groups of patients before and after nursing self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS)score,surgery,neonatal situation were compared.Results After nursing,postpartum blood loss was less in the observation group than that in the control group,duration of pregnancy termination was shorter than that in the control group,neonatal body mass and Apgar score were higher than those in the control group,length of hospital stay was([14.66±3.43]d),shorter than that in the control group([19.52±3.56]d),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the humanized nursing intervention for placenta previa pregnancy patients,the pregnancy outcome and psychological mood of the patients were significantly improved,and the humanized nursing was encouraged in clinical practice.
