Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of crown repair and root canal therapy in the treatment of cracked pulpitis. Methods A total of 300 patients with cryptic pulpitis admitted to our hospital from 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects in the study. They were divided into the control group (150 cases) and the study group (150 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with crown repair and root canal therapy in step by step, while patients in the study group were treated with crown repair and root canal therapy simultaneously. After treatment, the treatment effect, pain and total treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of pain in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of crown repair and root canal therapy in the treatment of patients with cracked pulpitis is significant, which can effectively improve the total satisfaction of treatment and improve the patients′ tooth pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
