Abstract：Objective To study the effect of the filling degree of root canal therapy on the treatment effect of patients with acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method,50 cases in each group.All patients underwent root canal therapy.On this basis,the control group used roots tube underfill filling method,the study group used the root tube proper filling method.The clinical effect,psychological status score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores between the study group and the control group before treatment (P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS,SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in the scores of quality of life (P>0.05).The scores of quality of life after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The method of filling the root canal in patients with acute pulpitis can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,can significantly alleviate its negative emotions and improve its quality of life,and has important value.
