Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of transabdominal and transvaginal superbmicro-vascular imaging color Doppler ultrasound (referred to "transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound") in uterine scar pregnancy.Methods A total of 96 patients with suspected uterine scar pregnancy admitted to Huangjiang Hospital of Dongguan City,Guangdong Province from July 18,2016 to July 18,2019 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were diagnosed by transabdominal superbmicro-vascular imaging color Doppler ultrasound (referred to "transabdominal ultrasound") and transvaginal superbmicro-vascular imaging color Doppler ultrasound (referred to "transvaginal ultrasound").With the postoperative diagnosis result as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of various examination methods (transvaginal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound) were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in patients with simple pregnancy cystic type,mixed mass type and uterine scar pregnancy were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,and the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were lower than those of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in patients with uterine scar pregnancy are higher,which is worthy of clinical application
