Abstract:Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis during treatment.Methods A total of 50 patients with cirrhosis who treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine digestive medicine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing management.The improvement effect of self-designed quality of life questionnaire score, satisfaction with nursing, complications, recovery time of liver function and total hospitalization time before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-designed quality of life questionnaire and total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the recovery time of liver function and the total hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing during treatment can control the symptoms of liver diseases in a short time, improve the quality of life, reduce complications and shorten recovery time, so as to improve patients′satisfaction with nursing.
