Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury.Methods Eighty patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were received comprehensive nursing intervention, while patients in the control group were received routine care.The quality of life, complication rate, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group (5.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative complications of spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury, improve quality of life and improve patient satisfaction.The effect is significant and worth learning.
