Abstract:Objective To clinical effect of treatment gastric ulcer with gastrorrhagia by Sucralfate combined with Omeprazole. Methods A total of 80 patients of gastric ulcer with gastrorrhagia treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into control group (40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by different treatment method. The patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole alone, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Sucralfate combined with Omeprazole. The hematemesis stop time, stool OB test negative time, abdominal pain disappeared time, the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of two group were compared. Results The hematemesis stop time([1.7±0.2]d),stool OB test negative time([4.6±1.2]d)and abdominal pain disappeared time([2.2±0.4]d)of observation group were shorter than the control group([2.3±0.4],[6.5±1.3],[3.6±0.5]d),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.5%)was lower than that in the control group(25.0%),and the total effective rate(95.0%)was higher than the control group (80.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms improve time is shorten, the clinical effect is obviously, adverse reactions are little of gastric ulcer with gastrorrhagia patients treated by Sucralfate combined with Omeprazole. It is worth to be used.
