Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Ranitidine and Omeprazole in the treatment of superficial gastritis. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,88 patients with superficial gastritis treated in Manasi Jiayuan Hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,44 cases in each group. The study group was were treated with Omeprazole, the control group was treated with Ranitidine, and the two group was treated for 3-7 weeks. The curative effect, adverse reaction and time of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The average treatment time of the patients in the study group([2.67±0.21]weeks)was shorter than that in the control group([4.44±0.39]weeks),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the group was 93.18%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 90.91%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.64%,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15.91%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of superficial gastritis through Omeprazole can rapidly improve the symptoms of the patients, and the curative effect is positive. It is suitable for clinical application.
