Abstract:Objective To study the app1ication effects of using evidence-based nursing in contro11ing incision hemorrhage and reducing unnecessary b1ood transfusion after tota1 knee rep1acement. Methods 45 cases who conducted tota1 knee rep1acement from March to May 2015,before set up evidence-based nursing group, were se1ected as contro1 group.47 cases who conducted tota1 knee rep1acement from August to October 2015,afterset up evidence-based nursing group, were se1ected as observation group.Patients in contro1 group were used routine nursing, and patients in observation group were used evidence-based nursing.Incision f1ow,b1ood transfusion rate and doctor on the nursing satisfaction after operation in two groups were compared. Results The incision f1ow and b1ood transfusion rate in observation group were obvious 1ess than that in contro1 group, and the difference was statistica11y significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The doctor on the nursing satisfaction in observation group increased to 97.87%,which was 66.67% in contro1 group, and the difference was statistica11y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing makes nursing with more scientific basis. It can obvious reduce postoperative b1eeding and b1ood transfusion rate, promote recovery and increase the doctor on the nursing satisfaction. It is worth to popu1arize.
