Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with chronic nephritis.MethodsAltogether 43 cases of chronic nephritis patients who were treated in our hospital from February to August 2015 were selected as control group and provided with routine treatment and nursing service;another 43 cases of chronic nephritis patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2016 were selected as observation group and provided with evidence-based nursing services on the basis of conventional nursing;the nursing satisfaction, quality of life,24-hour urine protein,BUN,SCr of two groups were evaluated,summarized and compared.ResultsThe satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.35%,was higher than that of control group (65.12%)(P<0.05).The compliance consciousness and behavior score,daily activities,harmonious relationship between family members and psychological emotion of patients in the observation group was(90.08±1.02),(91.45±1.06),(92.30±1.04)and(91.48±1.05)scores respectively,was higher than that of the control group[(75.26±1.40),(76.80±1.02),(74.10±1.01),(73.56±1.07)scores](P<0.05). Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in 24-hour urine protein,BUN and SCr betwee two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,24-hour urine protein,BUN and SCr of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionProviding clinical nursing service to patients with chronic nephritis,can improve the 24-hour urine protein,BUN and SCr,and with high nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life.
