Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of evidence-based nursing in improving early compliance of bed-sitting seat in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods124 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given evidencebased nursing. The compliance, the incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe postoperative compliance rate in the observation group(95.16%)was higher than that in the control group(80.65%),the incidence of complications(3.23%)was lower than that in the control group(12.90%),the nursing satisfaction [(83.31±8.13)points]was higher than that in the control group [(60.15±7.30)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionEvidence-based nursing care of elderly patients with hip fractures can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the early compliance of bed-sitting and patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
