Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of evidence-based nursing care in laparoscopic renal cyst decompression.Methods74 patients underwent laparoscopic renal cyst decompression in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing, while patients in the control group were given conventional nursing. The nursing satisfaction, the incidence of complication, the degree of anxiety and depression were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing, there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionEvidence-based nursing model can be used to reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, relieve the negative emotions of patients, and be worthy of clinical nursing work in the patients with renal cystectomy and laparoscopic decompression.
