Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combined interventions included dopamine by pumping in prevention of intradialytic hypotension in critically ill patients.Methods 21 patients of critically ill patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 received totally 167 times of hemodialysis with dopamine by pumping,colloid solution infusion in advance,lower dialysate temperature,sodium profile,ultrafiltration Profile and higher calcium dialysate.Results 85.7%could complete hemodialysis safely in above 2 hours,severe adverse reactions was only 3.6%. Conclusion The combined interventions including dopamine by pumping can effectively and safely prevent intradialytic hypotension in critically ill patients.
