Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of urine and urine in the urine test.Methods 100 cases of urine samples in the hospital from January 1stto January 10th2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group，with 50 cases in each group.The routine urine check was performed for control group tomake a urine test；a combination of urinary sediments and routine urine check was given for study group.The test results of red blood cells，urinary protein and white blood cells in urine samples of two groups were compared.Results The red blood cells，urine protein and white blood cells were detected in 27 cases，34 cases and 22 cases in study group respectively，accounting for 54.0%，68.0%and 44.0%，respectively.In contrast，the red blood cells，urine protein and white blood cells were detected in 19 cases，25 cases and 14 cases in control group respectively，accounting for 38.0%，50.0%and 28.0%，respectively.The detection rate in study group was higher than that in control group，with statistically significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Combination of application of urinary sediments and routine urine check in the urine test is contributed to improve the diagnosis and test accuracy，which is of great value in clinical application and deserveswide popularity.
