产后抑郁症患者负性情绪与心理痛苦的关系研究

摘要目的探讨产后抑郁症负性情绪与心理痛苦的关系。方法选择2015年10月～2016年4月在济宁市任城第一妇幼保健院（以下简称“我院”）住院分娩，并于产后42 d回我院复查的500例产妇为研究对象。采用爱丁堡产后抑郁筛查量表（EPDS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和心理痛苦温度计心理痛苦温度计（DT）对产妇进行调查，筛查出产后抑郁症患者与非产后抑郁症患者，比较两者产后抑郁和心理痛苦情况，分析抑郁与心理痛苦的相关性。结果500例产妇中有69例产后抑郁症患者，411例为非后抑郁症患者，产后抑郁症检出率为13.8%，产后抑制症产妇DT与SDS评分明显高于非产后抑郁症产妇（P＜0.01）；相关分析结果显示，心理痛苦与抑郁成显著正相关（P＜0.01）。结论产后抑郁症患者的心理痛苦与抑郁有关，改善负性情绪有助于减轻心理痛苦。

Abstract：Objective To explore the relation between negative emotion and psychological distress in the patients with postpartum depression.Methods Five hundred lying-in women from October 2015 to April 2016 deliveried in the First Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Rencheng District of Ji′ning (“our hospital”for short)and reviewed in our hospital 42 d postpartum were selected as the study objects.The lying-in women with postpartum depression and without postpartum depression were screened out by EPDS，SDS and DT,and the difference of depression and psychological distress were compared;the relation between depression and psychological pain was analyzed.Results There were 69 patients with postpartum depression in 500 lying-in women,411 lying-in women without postpartum depression,the detection rate of postpartum depression was 13.8%,the scores of DT and SDS in the patients with postpartum depression were higher than those without postpartum depression(P＜0.01);correlation analysis showed that,there was a positive correlation between psychological distress and depression(P＜0.01).Conclusion Psychological distress is connected with depression in the patients with postpartum depression,the improvement of negative emotion will be conducive to relieve psychological distress.
