Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in compulsory medical treatment for the patients with schizophrenia.Methods 30 patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period who were hospitalized in the compulsory treatment center of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected.Individual psychological intervention and collective psychological intervention were carried out for the patients for a period of 2 months on the basis of pharmaceutical treatment(BPRS),Krawiecka symptom scale,SDSS,SDS,SAS were used to evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention before and after the intervention.Results The scores of Krawiecka,SDSS,SAS and SDS were(11.3±3.3),(6.1±1.5),(53.3±5.7)and(51.2±6.7)points before the treatment respectively,the scores of Krawiecka,SDSS,SAS and SDS were(5.2±2.1),(4.3±1.6),(45.2±5.2),(41.3± 6.1)points after the treatment respectively,the differences between before and after intervention was statistically significant(t=2.987,1.093,2.927,2.168,P＜0.05);the scores of all factors of BPRS were decreased significantly,and the overall score was reduced from(41.5±8.3)points to(33.6±8.6)points,the differences between before and after intervention was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychosocial nursing intervention in the compulsory medical treatment for the patients with schizophrenia can reduce the negative emotions of patients and help them return to their family and return to society.
