Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of diversified nursing intervention in improving self-management ability in adolescents with schizophrenia.MethodsFrom March 2015 to December 2016,134 cases adolescents with schizophrenia treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into multivariate group and routine group according to different nursing intervention methods,67 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention,and the multivariate group was given diversified nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group,and the two groups were all treated with antipsychotic drugs.After treatment,two groups of patients rehabilitation self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared.ResultsBefore intervention,the self-management ability and rehabilitation effect score of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management ability and rehabilitation effect of the patients in the multivariate group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction of the nurses in the multivariate group (95.52%)was higher than that in the routine group (80.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention can improve the diversification of adolescent schizophrenia patients self management ability,the effect of rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction,so that patients can better control of psychiatric symptoms,return to society can bear the social responsibility and obligation,clinical application has achieved good results,it is worth of wide application.
