Abstract:Objective To explore the attributional style in patients with schizophrenics accompanied with persecutory delusion. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016,98 patients with schizophrenics accompanied with persecutory delusion admitted into our hospital for treatment were selected as observation group.Meanwhile, another group of 98 healthy adults for physical examinations were chosen as control group. The schizophrenia symptom attribution questionnaire and brief psychiatric rating scale were used to evaluate the characteristics of symptom attribution as well as analyze the correlation between severity of symptoms and attribution. Results The score of the internal-external(locus of control),local-integral(integrity),and controllable-uncontrollable (controllability)were all displayed statistical differences in the two groups(P<0.05).In the observation group, the internal-external dimension was associated with the age of first onset, course of disease, and hostile factor(P<0.05).The temporary-permanent dimension was influenced by frequency of hospitalization, anxiety and depression factors, and hysteresis factor(P<0.05).The local-global dimension was affected by the hostile factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The characteristics of attributional style in patients with schizophrenics accompanied with persecutory delusion are prone to be external, holistic, and uncontrollable.
