Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were divided into two groups,35 cases in each groups according to the difference of the patients′treatment methods. The patients who received conventional treatment were set as the control group, the patients who received SNP combined with dopamine were treated as the study group, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the decrease of heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group. The improvement of LVEF,LVD,LVFS and cardiothoracic ratio were better than that of the control group, with statisticant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure. It is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure and has clinical application value.
