Abstract:Objective To study the effect of combined drug hypotension on the clinical indexes of patients with saltsensitive hypertension,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension who were selected from August 2014 to August 2016(with a fall-out rate of 10%),and were intended to salt sensitive essential hypertensive according to the salt load test,60 patients with essential hypertension were selected as object of study.The patients were divided into group a and group b,30 cases in each groups,according to the patients received drug treament.Patients in group a were given Amlodipine and Irbesartan,patients in group b were treated with Indapamide combined with Irbesartan for treatment,they were treated for 12 weeks,followed up once every 2 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,renal function and urinary microalbumin in patients before and after 12 weeks of treatment were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were lower than before treatment,group b was lower than group a,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine (BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and urinary microalbumin(mAlb)of two groups were decreased compared with before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05),and the serum K+of group a was decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in group b before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,BUN,SCr and mAlb in group b were significantly higher than those in group a which were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Indapamide and Irbesartan in treatment of salt-sensitive hypertension is better,which can improve the renal function and maintain the stability of electrolyte.The clinical effect is significant.
