Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the degree of enhancement of the lateral ventricles and the prognosis of the fetus by ultrasonography. Methods 150 cases of lateral ventricle increased width of fetus and corresponding pregnantwomen were chosen from January 2011 to May 2015 between our hospital, and were singleton pregnancy, gestational age 23-25 weeks after firstmeasurement of fetal lateral ventricle width and fetal lateral ventricle increased wide degree between the 10-15 mm,116 cases ofmild group and 34 cases ofmoderate group according to the lateral ventricle broadening degree and mild group, fetal growth degree ofwide in 10-12 mm and moderate group fetal increasing wide degree between the 12.1-15 mm,the scope of the fetus width were not included in the scope of this study, two groups of fetuses diagnosed to delivery process in the lateral ventricle variable degree were observed and birth outcomes were compared. Results To puerperal delivery or abortion, group ofmild fetal lateral ventricle had improved obvious than that in themoderate group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);fetal normal delivery rate and neonatal health rate ofmild group was 94.8%and 90.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the moderate group with 88.2%and 73.5%,the differencewas statistical significance(P<0.05);mild group neonatal abnormal rate was 3.4%,which was significantly lower than that of 20.6%of the moderate group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Observation of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal lateral ventricle widened can detailly observate the fetal lateral ventricle increased wide improvement, evaluate the prognosis of the fetus and pregnancy outcome with a certain extent, and to provide a basis for clinic,it isworthy of promotion and application in clinic.
