Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnosis research of ultrasonic evaluation and left ventricular angiography in transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect.Methods Patientswho was hospitalized in our hospital and were diagnosed as ventricular septal defect and treated with transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect from January 2013 to December 2015 were evaluated with ultrasonic and left ventricular angiography.The accuracy rate and the distance between the VSD and the aortic valve of two methods were compared.Results The match number,error and accuracy rate of ultrasonic were respectively 50,10 and 83.3%,which were respectively 54,6 and 90.0%of left ventricular angiography,and the accuracy rate of ultrasonic had statistical significance compared with left ventricular angiography (P<0.05).The distance between the VSD and the aortic valve tested by ultrasonic and cardiovascular angiography were respectively(2.13±1.47)mm and(2.93±1.33)mm,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Left ventricular angiography has higher accuracy rate in diagnosis ventricular septal defect,which can facilitate the doctor to guide the interventional operation;ultrasonic has the advantages of economy and accuracy,the effect will bemore obvious if combination the twomethods.
