Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of humanized nursing on the nursing satisfaction of outpatients.M ethods 100 outpatients received routine nursing service in our hospital from January to June in 2015 were randomly selected as the controlgroup,and after the 28 outpatientnursing staff accepted the humanized nursing quality training,100 outpatients accepted the humanistic nursing in our hospital from July to December 2015 were randomly selected as the observation group.Nursing satisfaction and the incidence rate of nurse patient disputes in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98％,which was higher than 81％of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of nurse patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing service has a good effect on the improvement of nursing satisfaction of outpatients.
