心理护理对口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

摘要目的分析口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者的心理状态，探讨心理护理对口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年2月～2016年2月我院收治的49例口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，分别于护理前后统计其焦虑、恐惧等心理问题发生情况和生活质量评分情况，并调查患者对护理的满意度。结果49例患者出现焦虑、恐惧、否认与怀疑、悲观失望、依赖等不同方面的心理问题，护理后各方面的心理问题发生率显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。患者护理后的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能及社会功能等评分均高于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。49例患者中，非常满意21例（42.86％），满意18例（36.73％），一般8例（16.33％），不满意2例（4.08％），总满意度为95.92％。结论口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者在治疗过程中会出现焦虑、恐惧、依赖等不同程度及种类的不良心理情绪，心理护理对于稳定患者心理状态、提高患者生活质量有重要促进作用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the psychological status of patients with malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial surgery,and to explore the influence of psychological nursing on the life quality of patientswithmalignant tumor in oral andmaxillofacial surgery.M ethods49 patientswithmalignant tumor oforalandmaxillofacial surgery from February 2013 to February 2016 in our hospitalwere selected as the research subjects,the incidence of anxiety and fear,and the quality of life scores were investigated,and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing were investigated.Results 49 patients had psychological problems of different aspects anxiety,fear,denial and doubts,despair,dependence,the incidence rate of nursing psychological problems in all aspects decreased significantly after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function of patients after nursingwas higher than those before nursing,with significant difference(P＜0.05).In the 49 patients,21 cases(42.86％)were very satisfied,18 cases(36.73％)were satisfactory,8 cases(16.33％)were in general,and 2 cases(4.08％)were not satisfactory,the total satisfaction rate was 95.92％.Conclusion In the treatment process ofmalignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial surgery,there are the adverse psychologicalmood such as anxiety,fear,dependence of different degree and types,psychological nursing is important to improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
