Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of humanistic nursing care for patients with schizophrenia.MethodsAltogether 100 cases of schizophrenia patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into traditional group and humanized group according to different nursing,50 cases in each groups.Additionally,the general data of all the patients were retrospectively analyzed.General nursing care intervention was taken for traditional group;while,humanistic nursing care was applied to humanized group.Mastery of schizophreniarelated knowledge and treatment compliance;pre-and post-nursing clinical positive symptoms,negative symptoms and total PANSS scale;different indicator scoreing of post-nursing quality of life were compared.ResultsThe mastery of schizophrenia-related knowledge and treatment compliance of humanized group were significantly higher than those of traditional group,with obvious differences(P<0.05);the pre-and scores of post-nursing clinical positive symptoms,negative symptoms and total PANSS score of humanized group were significantly lower than those of traditional group,with obvious differences (P<0.05);the different post-nursing quality-of-life indicator scores of humanized troup were significantly higher than those of traditional group(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of humanistic nursing care is effective for patients with schizophrenia,and can improve the patients′master degree of schizophrenia-related knowledge,treatment compliance,clinical symptoms as well as their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
