Abstract:objective To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods 68 cases of cerebral infarction hemiplegia in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group,the control group was received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was implemented the stage of rehabilitation nursing intervention,two groups of patients with clinical effect of the prognosis were compared.Results The clinical nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 97.06%,higher than that of control group significantly(67.65%),the motor function and life ability score were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation phase of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient′s clinical nursing compliance rate,improve the prognosis,and improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life,it is a worthy of clinical application of the nursing measures.
