Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in inguinal hernia with tension-free repair.Methods 100 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine care,but patients in observation group were carried out comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The sleep quality,wound healing,heart rate and blood pressure,complications and satisfaction on nursing of two groups were compared.Results The rate of heart rate increase,perioperative blood pressure increase rate and complication incidence of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The perioperative sleep effective rate,the rate of wound healing of observation group respectively were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,while the control group was 86%,with the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The development of comfortable nursing mode can effectively improve the patient′s physical and mental with inguinal hernia with tension-free repair, and increase nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing.
