Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing on compliance of rehabilitation training and quality of life in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture from June 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 patients in each group.The control group were received traditional nursing intervention while the observation group were received continuing nursing intervention,the compliance of rehabilitation training,joint function,life quality and complication rate of two group were compared after following up for 6 months.Results The required time,part,action and initiative of rehabilitation training of the observation group were all significantly improved than those of control group (P<0.01);the scores of hip and knee joint of two groups were all significantly higher after nursing intervention(P<0.01), while the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01);the score of life quality in observation group was all significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),the complication incidence rate of observation group was 8.89%,lower than that of control group of 24.44%(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing can achieve significant compliance of rehabilitation training and better life quality in elderly femoral neck fracture patients.
